  • Absolutely NOT, this space is designed for space holders who specialise or hold the mamas and families in our community. Doulas are not just for birth or postpartum. Being of service is to Doula in community.

  • Getting started is simple. Click the JOIN DOULA LIFE button above and complete the application form. I’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • No. This mentorship welcomes both women who are new to doula work and those who are already practicing. The teachings are layered and experiential, meeting you where you are.

  • Doula Life™ is a mentorship rooted in lived experience, embodiment, and relational skills. It is not aligned with a governing body or certification pathway. Many women choose this way of learning because they want depth beyond certification.

  • Yes. You will gain both practical skills and the relational, nervous system, and communication foundations essential for supporting families through birth and postpartum.

  • Live attendance is encouraged for connection and depth. If you miss a call, a recording will be provided.

  • The in-person immersion is a core part of the training, as many skills and practices are best learned hands-on and in community.

  • Yes. This training supports women who want to:

    • Work part-time

    • Integrate doula skills into other healing or care professions

    • Support friends, family, or community

    • Walk this path slowly and sustainably

  • Absolutely. Many experienced doulas come to Doula Life™ to:

    • Reconnect with their why

    • Refine boundaries and sustainability

    • Deepen nervous system and space-holding skills

    • Integrate sacred practices into their work

    • Feel supported rather than isolated

  • The location will be announced prior to the start of the program. It will be held in a space that supports safety, embodiment, and connection on the Fleurieu Peninsula SA
